Members of WFPHA, EUPHA and SItI qualify for discounted registration fees until 30 November 2019. Proof of membership registration and/or payment of membership fees is required to finalise registration for the World Congress. For more information, please click here.
Emerging countries are those stated as 'low-income' and 'lower-middle income' as per World Bank country classifications. For a complete list of these countries, please check here.
Reduced student rates are available for:
- Full-time Students enrolled in a college or university;
- Persons doing for the first time an internship or studies of postgraduate medical training up to specialization.
Reduced rates are NOT available for part-time students, post doctoral and PhD candidates with an income, and others that cannot meet the requirements.

The delegates registration fee includes:
- Admission to plenary sessions, parallel sessions, lunch symposiums, World Leadership Dialogues, poster and exhibition areas
- Congress Bag
- Congress App
- Congress Newsletter(s) prior to the conference with the latest updates on the programme
- Certificate of Attendance (except for pre-conference attendance only).
Registration for pre-conferences and social programme
If you wish to attend a pre-conference and/or the social programme (Reception, Dinner) you have to be registered. Registration for these events is possible at a later stage. Please check our website and or E-News for announcements. Delegates can re-enter their registration to add pre-conferences or social events to their personal programme.
One-day registration fees will be available for purchase only onsite, limited to a maximum of one day per delegate.
Changes in your registration
If you wish to change your registration, you can re-enter your registration and change/add pre-conferences and/or social program events. For any other issue you can contact the Congress Secretariat

Methods of payment
Only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) will be accepted. Payments can be made in Euro only. Credit card statements will show the vendor/merchant as Triumph Italy Srl and will show the amount in Euro.
Once payment has been confirmed, a summary of the registration will be sent to you via email. One month before the start of the congress a confirmation letter with a bar/QR code will be sent to all registered delegates via email. This email allows you to print your badge on site.
Low Cost fees are NOT transferable. Cancellations by 31/12/2019: 100% refund, less 100 € administrative fees. No refund after this date. The cancellation policy also applies to pre-conferences and social programme events. Find our cancellation policy here.
